Be it Exercise, self improvement, financial or whatever you feel is good.

I will start off with the Bible, for reasons that if you believe & even if you don't it is certainly a consideration to look into, after all the downside or upside can mean the difference between Heaven or Hell for Eternity.

Nope, it's Don't Eat This Book, it's by the Supersize Me guy. A great eye opening book! I get audio books from the library and listen on the way to work. :)

I do have the Don't Eat This, Eat That, and yeah, the series is good. I have the grocery one....but it's sort of misleading, because it doesn't always list HEALTHY choices, it compares bad products with bad products, and tells you the lesser of two evils.

It has helped me start out making good choices, but now I try to go beyond that book and just eat cleaner.

Ah, Thanks for the advice. I eat clean also, it's just interesting to know which one's off the back are a better choice of course I read, but if forced to choose for an extended period of time which most likely wont happen, but knowledge can be contaigous you know, hahaha, but it is cool to have it all in one book.

Walmart has it for pretty cheap $, or maybe your library has a copy. I found the first one at my library, and read some of it. I did find the grocery one was the most helpful for my needs.
