Hi everyone. I'm new to the site but charged and ready to get started. I'm 5'3 weighing in at just under 150 at 38yrs old. This is my heaviest weight so far. I'm recovering post appendectomy, and post anemia and managed to gain a lovely 20lbs. Guess when they said don't lift over 10lbs they didn't mean eat 10lbs extra of food per month while off work. As a nurse I should know this and that's why I am so determined to get my life back. I've started my mission today breaking free of sodas and candy and expending some much needed energy on the treadmill. I've posted inspirational quotes and my fitness goal weight on my wall as a start. Here's hoping I can go from the heaviest I've been to the healthiest. Wishing you all energy, sweat and good health as you continue your journey. I will read on to other posts for inspiration and helpful hints as we continue this journey together :0)
