HELP!!!

I am trying to keep to a 1200 calorie diet. Most of the time, I'm not hungry and can't seem to eat enough to add up to 1200, yet when I exercise it subtracts from my calories. My page keeps red flagging me for not having enough calories. I need realistic suggestions as to what to do or should I not be worried about the numbers... Please help!

    you could eat some peanut butter or more fruits and veggies i eat enough of them.feel to add me
