what's your take on tracy anderson arm workout?

does this actually work ? has anyone tried this? I've read both good and bad reviews.... I don't mind doing it since i have nothing to lose but i dont want to end up a month later with no results....
any other workout that would blast those arms into shape? (I'm 5"4 and 117 lbs)
desperate need to tone by september 20!

You don't need to buy the DVD, just do 100 reps of bicep curls, shoulder press, and tricep kickbacks with 3-pound weights and that is basically the extent of her arm workout. Seriously I wouldn't waste your time. You're at a good weight, in order to develop nicely toned arms and shoulders you need to lift with heavier weights and do compound exercises that also work shoulder, back and arms. You can find good plans on bodybuilding.com (the Jamie Eason program is good). As a woman you really don't need to focus so much on isolation exercises in this area if you are just looking to tone up the area and look leaner.0
