When did I get so large?!

The past 2 times (in the past near 2 years) that I have committed to losing... June I lost 17lbs, regained 5 and I am now back at it again...
I was pregnant for all of last year, and had baby this time last year...

Now that I am losing, its either because of weight shifting since having a baby, or just the size I have been overall this past year without exercising and dieting like previous years, but I have fat in areas I never did before!

I feel SO gross. My stomach is not flattening nicely like it did in previous yearly attempts to lose. The fat around the middle is staying! WTH!?

I don't know how to get myself through this!

This past week I went clothing shopping for going back to work, and I was just disgusted... DISGUSTED at the state of myself.
Rolie Polie is not even the term for it.

When did I get so large?! How did I miss this?!

I am in a state of shock today as my 35th birthday rapidly approaches. :(

    Embrace the feeling and use it to motivate yourself. You have only had a baby a year ago - it takes time for your body to go back to normal. Losing weight after a baby is hard, I know! But ... you can do this. Log consistently - work out and you will regain your confidence and skinny jeans!
