Ok, here's my background. I am 24 and married. I have always been at a healthy weight but am looking to lose the extra few unnecessary pounds and get toned. I am 5 foot 3 and weigh in at 130. I used to be at about 135 and dropped to 125 but have totally let myself go of the workout routine and eating healthy. I want to finally get to my goal of 120! The tough thing is my husband eats totally unhealthy and there is no changing that, and he also doesn't eat leftovers so I am left with all the junk in the house. I also work at a daycare where the kids are fed crap and I have to eat what's available to me because I am not allowed to bring food from home in front of the kids. I am working on portion control and my goal is to workout 3 times a week. Looking for some good advice on filling but low calorie foods and ways of fitting working out into a busy schedule.
