I have been up and down for the last 2 years and I know I didn't lose the weight the right way. But I ended up gaining it all back. I was at school last year and while I was there I was on one of these weight loss sites and it really ended up helping. When I moved back home and switched to my hometown college I gained all of it right back because I just because so busy and couldnt keep up with the internet thing and my mom makes really good food...and not to mention I work at a restaurant. I was a gymnast for 13 years and before I quit I weighed 96lbs but I was also 5'0".
When I quit and the next two years to come my weight went up to 150 and I grew six more inches. To me being 150 isn't healthy, so I went off to college like I said and I went back down to 125 and I felt good and I thought I looked amazing. I guess I hide the weight really well because people always tell me I don't look a pound over 130. They think that I am lying when the number 150 comes out of my mouth, but I know the real truth and the scale doesn't lie
I want to get back down to a comfortable 120 and stay there, I know it's going to be hard but in the end it will all be worth it! I just want to know if there are any tips out there that will help me get started and stay on track.
Thanks everyone!!

You look great, but I understand how you feel! Definitely lots of water. I recently took on gum chewing as well. It really does help! Good luck and glad you're here!! This is a great place to get motivation, encouragement, and inspiration from all the success stories! If there's any way I can help, let me know!0
