Hey everyone, I'm from the Philly area (actually, really close to Valley Forge if you're into the Revolutionary War and all), and my husband got me started on MyFitnessPal. I was using another tracker before, but this one is THE BEST. I'm almost addicted to it. I mostly track on my ipad, and I love it!
Anyway, I rarely stick with dieting and tracking my food. I used to hate it. I've tried to do it so many times. I've done Weight Watchers. Hated it. Hated tracking. Until now.
It's only been about a week, but it's seriously the longest I've ever lasted.
I had one weight loss success before and it was doing the Body-for-Life program. It was great, but I got pregnant with #2 and fell off the track.
Anyway, here I am now. I am skinny fat. I need to start lifting heavy things. I'm getting there.
