So, hubby is diabetic and of course the doctor gave him a diet to follow. Since I do not eat many fruits/veggies etc--I would end up literally starving on this diet. It freaking makes ya nuts you know. So, the other day I decided I had enough and could not do this (eating bad, lack of exercise) anymore. Hubby also said enough and lets get back on track. So, half a day on the day and two full days--guess what, I'm managing it. Half the battle is mental and I am sure I will have days where I rant and rave like a crazy woman. Especially when pms rolls around (just so you guys are warned lol). Really don't have much to say other than I CAN DO THIS!

Sounds like you've got a plan down, one day at a time is all it takes! Feel free to add me, I have no problem with PMS rants, I've had a few myself!
