Hi all,
I was shocked when I logged on today as I have not dieted for the past 4 months. I was in shock to see I had put on 15 pounds. I had lost 77 but now got to get back on track. Started counting calories again today so hopefull by Christmas I can loose a good 8 - 10 pounds. Got to kick myself into gear!

I feel your pain! I was down to 140 lbs for my august wedding, but today I'm weighing in at 153 lbs, barely within my healthy zone! It's so easy to get distracted from exercise and healthy choices, I sort of went a little wild for a few months. I'm back to work now though!0

Kerri-- haven't seen you in ages-- you're beautiful in your gown. So glad to see you--

I am back as well, as much as it pains me to admit how bad I've been. Being sick, stressed, and busy will do awful things to your weight. Time to get my life together hehe, we can do it!0

I'm right there with you! I've been really slacking and I've gain a couple back. However I have 10 pounds total and they are just not coming off! I have a swimsuite to get into in Jan so that's my motivation! Good luck! You can do it!0

Last fall I thought "I got this".
I know what I'm doing. I know my foods, I can do the math in my head, I've been maintaining for almost eight months. No problem, right?
:noway: :grumble:
I gained that dreaded "Last ten pounds". It took me six months to lose them again. I was determined this year to learn from my mistake!
This year I went into Fall flat-out. No excuses for me. Keep track. Exercise through the boredom, the weather, the injuries. I am proud to say I lost four more pounds since I lost that "Last Ten Again" & I hope I learned something.0 -
I gained some weight back too......10-15lbs I would say. I know I can get it off I just HAVE to start doing it RIGHT NOW
I wanna go back to feeling great again0
