My 10 year-old son and I were talking about MFP tonight on the way home from his football practice! He was amazed I have lost weight and had fun doing it. SOOOOOOOOOOO, we made up a rap and I promised him I would post it! lol...........dont laugh too hard at the white girl! hahaha My son wants to join too now b/c he sees how much fun I am having with it!!! Yay!!!

MFP, MFP.....
Everyone else wants to have as much success as me!
We have friends who dig it too
We will always weigh without our shoes!
We will tackle the pounds and weight
And at the end of the day, we always know what we ate!
We stick together like stink to a skunk
We always know when we are in a funk!!! LOL
We lean on each other for praise and applause,
We KNOW we'll catch each other when someone falls!!!!
We are not all perfect and we don't pretend to be......
But we are all workin' hard and everyone will see
That we are in this to the finish and we won't give up
And we are there when a friend gets stuck (plateau we meant) LOL
We will make this fun if it is the last thing we do
Least we won't feel like a cow saying MOOOOOOOO!!!
We deserve the best no matter how hard it is
We will make it FUN and get DOWN WITH THIS BIZ!!!
