0 calories Do u belive it ?

I like to read 0 cals on the back of my package I like mio drinks You just squirt them in my water but I just dont belive 0 cals is true I think to my self there must be some cals in it becuase it has taste and color its not plain water We all know 0+0=0 BUT it cant be true when it comes to cals if drinking more then 1 serving a day then i must be getting some cals In right??

I'm pretty sure your labelling laws in the US allow manufacturers to state zero cals if the serving size has under 5 cals. So, you're right, there may be close to zero cals in one serve but it almost certainly contains some calories.

The only 0 calorie food/drink in this world is quadruple filtered and purified water. H20 with no added minerals, fluorides, vitamins, or bacteria would be 0 calorie. But that would be the ONLY thing with 0 calories.
