Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Not sure

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't have one

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went for a 4 mile walk with my neighbor

What would I have done differently? Set goals and track my calories

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories, track my calories and workout.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I worked out on my elliptical and ate within my calorie-range.

    What would I have done differently? Probably not had those two pieces of pizza, but despite that, I still stayed within my calorie-range. :smile:

    What is today's personal goals? Workout at the Y (twice- morning & evening), watch what I eat because I'm working at the deli/grocery/convenient store today, and have fun! :tongue:

    As far as not gorging on junk while sick, then yes.

    I overate on calories, but overate healthy foods.

    What would I have done differently?
    Not so much salt.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within my calories, track my calories, and maybe workout.

    Yes

    I did reach my goal of staying within my calories but I didn't reach my workout goal.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    I did not eat nachos with my husband last night. I had a sweet potato instead.

    What would I have done differently?
    I should have worked out during the day instead of waiting until it was dark and then I was to tired.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within my calories and work out.

    Did I stay within my nutritional goals? No

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I did not eat past 10pm even though I worked until 1:30 am

    What would I have done differently? Stick to the great plans that I make for my day.

    What is todays personal goals? I am not going to go over my calories and I will not eat after 10pm since I work late again.
