Hi everyone!!! I haven't introduced myself yet, even though I have been tracking my food/exercise for about 2 months now. I haven't ventured into the forum side yet, so here I am! A good friend of mine (Tiddle - love you girl) got me inspired to get my old body back and so now I'm following in her footsteps!!! My goal is to be able to outrun my Australian Shepherd by February 2010.
I started Insanity 2 weeks ago and its going well, Im back up to a fitness level I feel AWESOME at so I am also introducing ballet and bikram yoga 3 times a week and two times a week respectively! Im pumped and ready to do this! My weight goal is about 120ish (about ten more pounds to loose) - but my real goal is to feel AWESOME and be able to kick some bootay in the gym and on the track!!!!
