TIME OF DAY WORKOUTS

I was wondering if there was any difference in the time of day as to what calories you burn? Do you burn more in the morning before you eat? Are they all the same? This is frustrating to me! I just want my hind end gone soon! LOL

well....I believe it better to workout in the mornings before you eat...I think you'd burn stored calories/fat, wouldn't you say? I'm no expert, but that just what I think. However, I'm sure anytime of day is better than none at all.0

before you eat "may be" best, BUT usually you cant work out as hard due to no energy! i have heard that if you exercise and then eat, your matabolisim(?)spelling...is in a higher gear. IMO its whatever works for you. Ive done it both ways and sometimes i feel to weak to lift or run on an empty stomach.0

It's best to eat a meal after a workout because your body is still burning calories. If you want to have a snack before hand, however, you should eat about a half hour before your work out and carbs before your workout and it's best to eat protein afterwards, for recover. As far as the time of day, that's entirely up to you and what works best for you! Hope this helps!0
