Can anyone read arabic please?

I am getting a tattoo, and I would like to know if anyone is able to read it and tell me if its correct before I get 'I am a ugly old turnip' inked on my back.....

    If you really want a tattoo in a language you can't understand, then I would spend the money on a professional interpreter to ensure that it's correct. I would not trust a random online person for something so permanent.
    And check that your tattoo artist gets it right too....

    I want it because it has reason and meaning to me, I could have anything I liked on me, and its up to me, but I want it to be correct, and its my tattoo artist who asked me to check, as she is aware of how easy it is to get Arabic script wrong, there are personal reasons why I want it, I know what it says, I just want someone to just check it for me.
