Looking for tips to transition to MFP from WW

Hi everyone,
I am new to MFP, but have lost 30 lbs already with WW. I have been stuch at the same weight since April, despite being extra vigilant about what I eat, and upping my gym time to 5 days a week. After suggestion from a co-worker, I checked how many calories I was consuming with WW, and was a little alarmed to see that most days, even at my full daily point allotment, I was not often much above 1100 calories a day. I know I need to eat more, but how do I transition without throwing my body more out of whack than it porbably already is? Any advice would be much appreciated, it is sooooo dicouraging to not see the scale budge in 5 months!! Unfortunately, there is no way (I know of) to post my WW log here, I only have 2 days in my MFP diary. I am just under 5'4, CW is 150 lbs, started at 183, my goal is 130, in my mid-30's. I do 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, and about 30 minutes on the weight machines at the gym. The days I don't go to the gym, I walk @ 45 minutes with my dogs (my great danes, not my lazy basset in my profile pic!!). I would say my eating habits are okay, I eat mostly fruit and yogurt for breakfast, a salad or a frozen meal for lunch and mostly chicken or lean beef for supper.
