Monday Check-in!

Hey fellow MFPers!!!

I weighed in this morning at 2 lbs LESS than I did last week!!! My goal was to lose 3 lbs, but 2 ain't bad :tongue:

So I'm down 19 lbs and hope to make it 22lbs lost next Monday!

How did everyone else do??? :smile:

    It's been only a half-week since I joined MFP, but I logged my weight today because I'm doing my weigh-ins on Monday mornings (I started trying to lose this weight last Monday). Since last Monday, I've lost 3.4 pounds. I was 165.8 then, and was 162.4 this morning. Woo hoo!

    I am also happy to have logged my first official pound on MFP, so my ticker is no longer showing '0'. :)
