Hey everyone!

I've been here about a week and I'm finally getting around to introducing myself. :) I'm hoping to both lose some of the extra weight I've gained and to get fit. My biggest problem is exercising; I injured my knee a few years ago and it's been hard to find ways to work out that won't strain my knee again. If anyone has suggestions for ways to exercise that's easy on the knees or ways to strengthen my knee, I would love to hear your suggestions. :)
