So, if I put it in my coffee will it curdle??
I know that I could just try it and see, but i would rather not waste it.
Thanks!

Most likely. I did it with hot chocolate. Turned to sludge. Not wanting to be wasteful I forced it down the hatch but it wasn't the enjoyable warming chocolate beverage I had in mind.0

I tried it and it didn't dissolve into my coffee and it tasted horrible.0

Ha ha ha ha oh no!!
That sucks. Thanks so much for the reply. :flowerforyou:0 -
I put mine in my coffee in the morning. I buy chocolate protein powder. I stir it with my cream first then add in the coffee and stir again. Only two times have I not stirred enough that it got a little lumpy. I love it in my coffee.0

I always mix up my protein shake with water the night before, leave it in the frig overnight so it's smooth and easy to drink in the am. Sometimes I throw it in with a green smoothie--spinach and such--but I have found it works better if it's mixed. I wonder if you mixed it with water ahead of time--just a little--maybe it would mix in with your coffee? If you don't use too much water it might not dilute the coffee too much. I'm envisioning something akin to Coffeemate.0

I've put instant coffee in my protein powder, but I've never put protein powder in my coffee.0

When I worked at starbucks, a doctor always had his protein powder pre scooped and would have me make a frappe out of it. Just mix with either water or milk and some expresso, and ice, he loved it!0

This is waht I do everyday, but I use vanilla protein and 2% milk. Just mix it well first0 -
I make a protein shake with my coffee:
1 Cup Coffee
1 Cup Milk (I use 1%, but any type will do)
1 Scoop of Protein Powder
1 Banana (sliced)
2 - 3 Handfulls of Ice
Throw it in a blender, mix, pour, and enjoy
The flavor of the drink will change depending on the flavor of your protein powder. You can use more or less of any ingredient to alter the flavor as well. If it tastes bland (which it did the first time I made this), you can add a small amount of sugar (or Splenda) to sweeten it.0 -
