I was just wondering if anyone else knew a rough guide of calories burnt per level?
I have recently ordered a calorie burner/heart rate monitor but would like to input the right amount of calories burnt until this arrives.

Also, to anyone who has complete this DVD, how are your results? As good as Ripped in 30 or 30 day shred?
