Hi All,
Im really glad i found MFP. Not only because of the great human beings i have read in here (joined today, and been cheking out some posts) but also, because i really can use MFP tools to keep track of myself.
So, feel free to add me, and join the fun.
A bit of me:
I was a weight lifter/body builder when i was in my late teens, and when i stopped at midle twenties, i couldnt handle the food, and kept eating like when i was lifting.
So..... 9 years ago i was 248 lbs (i'm 6 feet).
But then i had my son, and he brought me a ton of joy and hapiness, and finally i started to take care of myself more.
Been doing some workouts for the past 5 years, and now im 178 lbs. Only by reducing the intake, with no exercise what so ever.
Its working good, but still have more to acomplish, but specially, i dont want to quit after 2 or 3 months working out again, and re-start.
Its the first time after the divorce im going to work out again, so... bare with me
Thank you all in advanced!
