So I lost half of the weight that I want to lose and now I'm struggling through every ounce!! I can't say it was easy to lose the first 30, but it wasn't like this. I can't seem to get under 160. No matter what I do. I already work on my feet 50-60 hours a week and I maintain a nice tidy home, spend time with my husband and daughter and find time to exercise 3x a week. I don;t have time to do anymore! Any suggestions, or anyone finding themselves in the same fat boat?!

Congrats on losing the first 30!
I hope to be there soon.
You probably need to change your routine. Different exercises, different intensity.
Be more concerned about size instead of weight.:flowerforyou:0 -
So here I am again and I met all my goals for yesterday and gained 4 ounces!!?? I am getting very disheartened because in all of the weight that I have lost I have only lost 2 sizes so I don't feel like I am going as far as I could.
I am stepping up my walking to at least 3 times a week and the elliptical at least 2x a week.
Hopefully this will help. Anyone reading this, cross your fingers for me!!:flowerforyou:0
