I'm new (obviously) and I'm really looking forward to losing some weight. Just in the few days I've been using the Food Diary, I've already found that it makes me really think about what I'm eating. It's already helped me to make better choices and has encouraged me to get off my butt more. Not bad for just a few days. :smile:
