            I'm going to join this challenge as well. My official weigh-in will be Wednesday. I am also starting a biggest loser style competition if anyone is interested. I've ran it before and it's very fun and motivating. Here's the link if you are interested.

            I have just noticed that we are into September already so the challenge has started. For reference my weight on 1st Sept was 81.6kg, which is about 179.9lbs.0

            Still 189, but the scale is not fluctuating as much (or should I say, my weight is not fluctuating as much) from day to day. Saturday is usually my slimmest day. Sunday is normally my chubbiest day (It's the day I eat a meal with my extended family). This week, for the first time in forever, I weighed the same Monday morning as I did Saturday night. Although the scale is not moving as quickly as I would like, this is still progress. My "cheat" meal is not as out of control. Hurray! Hopefully next week, I'll be able to report another pound or two lost. *Fingers crossed*0

 28 sept : 66.8 and back into healthy range BMI woot woot
 I just lost 3 pounds this month instead of the 6 I was supposed to lose but I realized that I am in my last 10 lbs so 0.5 lbs a week is more reasonable !
