Starting a New Day! :)

Good Morning ALL!

I have been apart of myfitnesspal, for awhile now. But while I was, I was currently following the Weight Watchers path. I have currently changed my path to counting calories, to see if this will better my chances of losing more weight!

I truly would like to know your secrets... Hopefully be able to meet new people, so we can all keep one another accountable!

Always remember, Just because you had a bad meal, doesn't mean you can't start all over at the next one! WE CAN DO THIS!

    We can do this for sure!!! I'm sure you'll do great! I just started on myfitnesspal yesterday, thanks to an invite from a dear friend, and I've already lost 20 pounds before starting but still have 199 pounds to go. It won't happen by tomorrow, but it's going to happen. :)
    I lost those 20 just counting calories and staying away from sugar (finally taking my diabetes seriously) so I think you'll like it. WW is great though and it works for lots of folks.

    You'll do amazing as long as you keep the great attitude you have!!! Never, ever, never give up!!!
