I know its not a big feat but I managed to get a mile in 15 minutes...it wasnt running but a fast walk. This was after my strength training workout also. So i feel good about myself.

Great job! I never time my walks, but after a strength training session I would be sooo slow lol! Keep up the great work and any NSV is a victory0
