Does anyone do the Walk at Home Workouts?

I've been doing Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home dvds on and off for 8 years ( mostly off until recently). And my main reason for this post is that they are great workouts, especially if you suffer from minor to moderate lower back pain. You work more a lot more muscles than just walking around the park, it's great cardio. If you do the Walk at Home DVDS and want to share you stories feel free to post.
