    im 5ft 9 gone from 210 to 176.
I have quite broad shoulders so am aiming to stop at 168 lest i look a bit odd :-) Once at my goal weight im going to aim to stay the same weight but continue to reduce body fat (i want to see my abs- just once in my life- even if its just for a week or so :-) )

I'm 5'9 and currently 138lbs. I have a small frame according to the wrist test (5.5inch). I'm hoping to get around 125 or so, and then tone up more. I'm very skinny everywhere except my hips/stomach. Once those are gone I'll be happy no matter what the weight is!
  • 5'9-5'10 small frame according to the link posted earlier. CW: 148 UG:135-140 with 18-20% body fat.

a better link for frame size and ideal weight (IMO): http://health.bizcalcs.com/Calculator.asp?Calc=Frame-Size-Wrist

5 ft 10", large framed and goal weight is 168 lb.

Originally it was 161 lb, but I increased the weight as I don't wish to get much smaller. I do a lot of strength training, so I think my dress size is more important than what the scales tell me.

In the past, I hit the dress size I am now at 145 lbs. Shows you the difference a bit of muscle makes

I'm 5'9.5" and currently 162, but ultimately I want to be between 145-150. That weight is best for my running speed/endurance.

According to the wrist frame measure I am a medium build so anything from 139 to 153 is good for me. I'm 5 foot 9 and currently 154lb looking to get as close to 140 as I can! (I'm also 47)!

I'm 5'9" 1/2 and it states my GW should be 160 but I think that is too thin for my frame. My personal GW is 170.

I am surprised so many are aiming for 125 at 5'9, which is bordering on underweight.
I am considered to be too thin and I am 125/126 and 5'10.
I looked my healthiest when I was around 140.
