I'm involved with Cross fit training, just started. I'm trying to log my activities and some of the strenghth activities are not on here, for example Arnold dumbbell press or knee lifts... How do I long these activities? Thanks!

look for either strength training or circuit training (depending on how you're performing the exercise), in the cardio section.
If you want to keep a more detailed record, you can do this in the strength section, but it won't 'count' this to your calorie goals0 -
Either log them under cardiovascular as 'Strength Training' or 'Circuit Training' depending on which one fits.0

If you are logging it in the strength training section, and they dont have that particular exercise, you should be able to create a new exercise...You have to go into the "My Exercises" tab, and then you can just input whatever exercise you want.0

thanks for the help.
Why doesn't strength training count towards calories?
I'm really just starting and really want to understand this.
Thanks!0
