I don't have any pictures or anything, but when I started on the 9th of July my BMI was 32.5. After my last weigh in, I now have a BMI of 29.8. I know it doesn't mean anything officially, I still haven't had my BF% tested and such, but it was the first milestone I set for myself and it feels good reaching it. Next stop 25
