I am weighing about 164.....I should weigh about 150; that last 15 lbs is going to be tough. We had avocado with saltines for a snack this morning. We got to the gym about 6:50 a.m. so had breakfast about 6:20a.m.0

I so miss avacados..... They don't agree with me AT ALL!!!!!!!! Neither does queso (but I guess that is a good thing lol)0
