So, at work last night I saw a cart in the backroom FULL of Seasonal CANDY. In that stack was Cadburry 'Scream' Eggs. My WEAKNESS. I can eat like 10 in a day.. No kidding. :embarassed:

It got me thinking... We need to come up with a list of TIPS =D How to stay sane during the holidays!
-How to keep from over eating.
-How to deal with your aggravating family members shoving food in your face
-Work get togethers..
anything else you can think of!

Go!!

Mine.... Altoids. The little ones I can eat an entire tin in one day.. but they help distract me from all the candies that I love this time of year :flowerforyou:

Move to the UK, Halloween is no big deal and we don't have Thanksgiving

When it comes to Christmas I actually plan to go on maintenance calories for a few days so I can indulge a little but not put weight on then get straight back to 'loss' calories after.

Make the holidays about DAYS, not weeks or a whole season. Enjoy Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas treats on those days only, and the rest of the time maintain your normal dietary habits.
