    Definitely take a rest day or do some resistance exercises, but I've also noticed one day when I didn't get my normal amount of water in after a run, I was more sore for a longer period of time. Extra hydration may help with that soreness too so you'll be ready to go tomorrow.

    If I'm hurting I'll take it easy, but I always try to do SOMETHING.
