Sore is the most satisfying kind of pain. Be proud of what you accomplished yesterday and enjoy your break today!0 -
Definitely take a rest day or do some resistance exercises, but I've also noticed one day when I didn't get my normal amount of water in after a run, I was more sore for a longer period of time. Extra hydration may help with that soreness too so you'll be ready to go tomorrow.0
