How much time do you spend..

We all know that dispite the strength we may have on our body, all that really matters is our will, our effort, and our motivation.

So, i find it really motivating when i search for new ways to improve my diet, and my work out routine. Also, reading a lot about nutrition and work-out plans, makes me more aware of my mistakes. Never the less, i do not question what works for me, and do crazy stuff or eat dumb-new-superb-milk shakes just because they say its good. ;)

My question is:
How much time per week do you spend searching the web, what do you search and did it help you?

I'm a nerd with ADD who likes to read and learn about things I'm interested in.

Let's just say I've spent a little bit of time researching.

As pathetic as this may seam I found more useful stuff from bodybuilding sites as far as training and diet/nutrition go.

Government sources are too generic and not really aimed well at atheletes, and most general dieting advice is the same way.

That doesn't mean that I advocate any of the latest and greatest suppliments or other flash in the pan products, but the general dietary and fitness advice on bodybuilding type sites is what I found most helpful.

I would say that personally I put more emphasis on longterm health and well being into my diet than some of the recommendations found there through.

If its fonna make a big impact on me, then anything.
I like to research meals a lot. What to combine. How to blend flavors.
Also, when I'm really bored, I'll search what abbreviations stand for, the ones I don't know. Hehe.
