New Job - Afraid of Derailing

I'm starting a new job tomorrow. I know it is going to be a great choice in the long run but starting anything new is stressful (especially when you come off of a vacation). I'm also commuting via bus/train for an hour each way, which takes away from my workout time. My plan is to standardize my shopping list and promise to continue to do 30 minutes every morning with an extended weekend workout.

Anyone else have any suggestions/support tips?
