Hi!

So I'm glucose intolerant and have been for about 15 years. For several years now, I had a pattern. I ate breakfast between 6 and 8 in the morning, and if I hadn't had a snack (with glucose) in the morning between 10 and 12h, at 12h I would have hypoclycemia (low-blood sugar). It was so systematic that I could predict it. Same thing in the afternoon (need a snack around 4-5 or at 6 I would have too low blood sugar).

Yesterday, I was talking with a colleague and I realized that I had not had any snacks in the morning, and it was 12h20, and I did not have the shakes. My blood sugar was normal!

I think I might be improving my health and that my glucose intolerance is getting better, but I have no medical opinion to confirm it. Anyway, I'm happy about it! :)
