My mid morning snack is cheese and a banana and I have two afternoon snacks - one around 3pm which is typically yogurt or fruit and at 5pm on the train I have veggies (peppers, cucumber and grape tomatoes).

I can use some more ideas too!

Some ideas of snacks that I take with me to work are-

sliced cucumbers and carrots with low fat ranch dressing
low sodium wheat thins with original laughing cow cheese wedge
    banana
    diced peach and plum
    almonds, pistachios
sliced apple with peanut butter (higher calorie side)
    trail mix
    grapes, kiwi

I eat a morning, afternoon, and evening snack. Snacks are under 100 calories unless I am really low on calories then evening snack may be a little more.

Morning snack - 4-7 almonds, bottle of water or 1/2 of a container(abt 3oz) of keylime greek yogurt with a couple of almonds or banana and peanut butter
Afternoon snack - Weight watchers cheese stick with 4 almonds, or finish yogurt with four almonds. Also apple and peanut butter depending on what lunch was. Also I may add a cookie or fiber brownie depending on my carb count.
Evening snack - usually my sweet tooth is kicking in so I have half a bag of 100 cal popcorn with a little kettle sprinkle or one graham cracker with laughing cow (cinnamon) cream cheese (half of a piece).

I try to make sure my carbs, proteins, and fats are pretty even when I snack. Sometimes I have a trail mix lying about that I will snack on if I am need of good to go with the bad fix.
