Hard Time Maintaining Weight Loss

Hi everyone,
I have a tough time maintaining my weight loss. I have lost approx 27 lbs the past 3 months, but during those times, I would gain back some, and then work my butt off to lose it again ... it sucks, coz I feel like it's a yo-yo thing again!

I am watching what i eat, i eat some of my exercise cals, I workout 5 times a week, each time burning about 500-600 cals. I don't know what else I can do!

I need some motivation and support. What can I do to get the weight loss momentum going again? Please help ....

  • Try changing your diet and exercising up a little. Maybe your body is used to what you have been doing.
  • Working out 5 times could be building muscle weight. That is a good thing. Try measuring if you lost inches then you are okay. :)

    Maybe try breaking up the times you work out or duration from longer to shorter ones of more intense or opposite.
