Hi everyone,
I have a tough time maintaining my weight loss. I have lost approx 27 lbs the past 3 months, but during those times, I would gain back some, and then work my butt off to lose it again ... it sucks, coz I feel like it's a yo-yo thing again!
I am watching what i eat, i eat some of my exercise cals, I workout 5 times a week, each time burning about 500-600 cals. I don't know what else I can do!
I need some motivation and support. What can I do to get the weight loss momentum going again? Please help ....

Try changing your diet and exercising up a little. Maybe your body is used to what you have been doing.0

Working out 5 times could be building muscle weight. That is a good thing. Try measuring if you lost inches then you are okay.0

Maybe try breaking up the times you work out or duration from longer to shorter ones of more intense or opposite.0
