Hi!

Hi everyone
I'm going to make this work this time! I'm 32, work full time in a fairly hectic job and I need something like this to keep track of what I shove in my mouth! I'm going to try to lose 15 pounds by October half term so that's 6 weeks away. That should put me in the 'healthy' BMI range and (hopefully) put me back into my old trousers!
I've decided not to drink alcohol during the week and to make sure I weigh everything! I'm also going on the step machine for half an hour every day and I've decided to walk home from the station instead of getting a lift, which is a good 2 mile walk.
So say 'hi' if you'd like to....just wanted to wish everyone well!

    Nice to (virtually) meet you. I'm just starting this website yesterdday. I live in Houston and no big story to my weight issues- I work full time, and try to be a great mom and wife, so I put myself and my exercise and nutrition last. Over the years that has meant a slow creeping weight gain. This site looks like a good way to be accountable to myself anf track my progress. Good luck to you!
