I keep trying to figure out the difference other than how many days and can't find it. Can someone help me with this please?

There is a huge difference once you get into the program. If you are deciding which one to do I would start with Insanity. Asylum is the natrual progression from Insanity. If you jumped right into Asylum you would have trouble with the moves. Alot of the moves are from Insanity just on a harder scale.
Plus with Asylum, your fitness level needs to be pretty high. It would take 2 weeks just to adjust to the fast pace work outs and little breaks. Asylum is mostly between 40-60 minutes with virtually no breaks. I ABSOLUTELY love Asylum but I would suggest starting with Insanity.0 -
Thanks. I am on round 2 of P90X Classic so I am hoping I dont do that bad when I start Insanity.
Which won't be until December/January but I'm just trying to make sure I can do it, for the most party anyway.
