Intermittent Fasting and Green Face Diet Week 1

Starting this pass Sunday 8/26/12 I deceided to get fit (again!!!) and get on a diet plan. In my research these pass few months, I believe I will incorporate intermittent fasting along with the green face diet (paleo/caveman diet). So the eating plan consists of me having a eating window between 6 - 8 hours where I consume my calories for the day (I'm aiming for 1150 a day). The remaining parts of the day I will consume water, green tea, or black coffee. I chose a eating window time of 2pm - 8pm. That way in the evening I can consume majority of my carbs at dinner time post-workout. The green face part of the diet will mean I will only eat foods that were grown from the ground and foods that had a face. I will allow one cheat day out the week (shock therapy) where I can indulge in my favorites (pizza, burgers, texas chilli fries) and follow that with a 24hr fast.
My workouts for right now will consist of 6 times per week for 30 minutes. I have done 2 workouts so far Saturday and Monday, and noticed trying to workout for 45 mins to 1 hr affected my form and motivation. My exercise will consist of cardio, circuit training, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and weight lifting.
I will post updates on my progress for anyone that wants to follow me, join me, compare and exchange wieght loss success, and be each others motivators. I am no fitness guru, but I believe I can stick with this routine and CONSISTENCY is what it's all about.

Mon 8/27 - weight ?, calories consumed 920, calories burned 549, also my cheat day I had a Big Mac meal from McDonalds.
Tue 8/28 - weight 165.6, calories consumed ?, calories burned ?
