Excersise video recommendations and few more tidbits

Ok would love to hear from my fellow MFPers on some cool recommends for fitness dvds to do at home. I have Taebo so Im familiar with Biilly Banks but I want to expand my collection. Also any You tube links some of you may have would be appreciated. I have You tube on my tv so I can use that to work out as well.
Another question I have been reading is that 30 min of excersise 3/4 times per week is suffice and you can lose weight just as quickly if not more so than peole who burn themselves out with hour or more workouts. I want to trim my workout times cause spending an hour or more is just too much for me these days and I burn out faster.

you should try some zumba 

zumba is a really great workout and it gets your blood pumping easy

try this video and see if it does anything
i lost a pound in 2 days just by doing this video once a day
