Okay so I am doing a workout plan that has me lifting 3x a week for the first two weeks. After that it will increase. I am eating clean and in the program I am doing it says that with everymeal have a protein followed by a fruit or veggie...my question is: On MFP it says (for example today) 100 grams of protein over...is this bad? Today is my rest day..

I was 84 grams over yesterday on my work out day but I had a protein shake after my workout...0

in terms of MFP .. it ALWAYS under calculates its daily protein .. If you are lifting, general rule is to do 1g of protein for every pound of your body weight0

Generally, no unless you have a previous medical issue. I wouldn't really worry about it.0

Just customize macros on mfp. It's in the goal section just pick customize, & set it to what your program recommends.0

This may help you. Remember if you lift 1g per body weight.

Your diary looks like it is set as default. You can change it to 25-30% and be good0
