Eating enough

Ok so.. I have been working out and trying to lose weight for almost a month now. I keep going up and down. One week I am down 3 lbs and then the next week I am up one more lb. I don't know what to beleive. Plus I am tried in the morning when I get up and it is harder to get up in the morning. I do notice that on days where my work outs are heavy I do not get up in the night as often. So I am getting better sleep. Do I just keep in trucking or is there something that I can do to keep the weight off and keep things going in a more constant direction? HELP!!!!!!

There really is no way to answer this question without either opening your diary up or letting us know more about what you've been doing.0

Some people don't lose consistently. Is the overall trend downward? If so, then I wouldn't be concerned.0
