Hi everyone! It's my second day in my new apartment, living alone and cooking for myself! My mom sent me a lot of different types of meat to prepare for dinner but I'm not sure how to cook tonight's selection.
I have a frozen, prepared veal cordon bleu. It's breaded and has not yet been cooked. I want to bake it but I don't know at what temperature/for how long it should be in the oven to make sure it's fully cooked, all the way through. It's not thawed yet - I just took it out of the freezer.
Any tips? I feel like such a noob.
