Yummy breakfast egg scramble
Hi all.
My name is Danielle, and this is my first post here. I made a tasty scramble for breakfast yesterday and I wanted to share it with you all
Lots of protein so it's sure to keep you full throughout the morning
- 2 eggs
- chopped veggies (I used tomatoes and red, yellow and gold peppers)
- 1 slice of fat free turkey breast, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup of fat free cheese (I used mozzarella)
- 1 basil leaf for seasoning
1. Saute the veggies, turkey and basil in a skillet
2. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until eggs are done.
3. Stir in the cheese and enjoy

sounds like what I had this morning. I had asparagus and mushrooms sauteed in 1 tbls. parkay light butter and once done I put two eggs in and cooked until done. I was taking it to work so I put it in a bowl and cut up a wedge of laughing cow light cheese on it. When I got to work I nuked it for 30 seconds to warm it up and I mixed the cheese up in it. Ate it with 2 slices of 35 calorie bread I had toasted. Super Yummy. I've also done asparagus and cherry tomatoes instead of mushrooms. Both ways were delicious and just a little over 300 calories for all of it.0
