Staying on track with all those camping trips

Hey fitness loverz!

Everytime I'm in town I have no problem doing my workouts or keeping a close eye on my nutrition...but I've been out of town a lot this summer...camping weekends, fishing trips...and although I avoid or limit my alcohol consumption on those occasions, I seem to lack the energy and motivation everytime I come back in town. I try to go running or swimming when outta town, but still have a hard time returning to the routine. Anybody in the same boat as I am? Any tips on how to stick to the program? Cheers!
