100 lbs down today!

I am so excited to have reached such a milestone....100 lbs down since April 12 of this year! I feel so much better and have almost no back pain now, am also pretty much off any meds I was on! Now only 45 more to go! :smile:

    That really is phenomenal! If I were to get to exactly what the insurance company charts say, I'd have to lose 100 lbs. It certainly is a dream of mine but I don't know if it's realistic. I'd be very happy with 80. Best wishes on the next 40!
