    im taking healtheries tablets

    meh
theyre safe so no probs (jillian michaels recommends them)
i dont know if they are that effective, but why not

    take foods to boost metabolism
    cayenne pepper
caffeine - this is a big one
    salmon oil
vitamin c and vitamin b - also big ones

The biggest difference you'll notice with "magic fat burning pills" is how quickly you lose weight in your wallet.

The best foods to help with the fat burn are the ones which keep you in a caloric deficit. There's no "magic food" either. Keep your deficit and exercise program going and the pounds/fat will come off. Don't waste your money on the diet industry scams.

Cardiovascular exercise is the best way to burn fat ... I don't think there is a magic pill ... just sayin'

Actually, strength training is the best way to burn fat. Read this study from PubMed:

@ anvilhead so strength training I.e with weights or using weigh machines is best, I was told interval training is good, I do aerobics and use hand weights and then I normally do spinning cycling classes.
